- repairs can be carried out using Genuine BMW Parts, and all repairs are guaranteed for 5 years;
- whilst your BMW is being repaired by a BMW approved repairer, no matter who is to blame for the accident that keeps your car off the road, you will have access to a hire car.
Our UK based call centre staff will offer you the premium service you expect as a BMW driver. In the event of a claim, you can be sure it will be dealt with efficiently, because we’ll assign you a claims handler who will deal with your claim from start to finish.
